I am a fussy girl!

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!

As you know Ive been having Kaszazz workshops with my lovely friend Lorraine. 🙂 Last night my friend Kathy and I went to the Lovely Lorraine’s to complete a page of my choice. Lorraines looked stunning and I loved hers! 🙂 Mine, well! Lets just say I was disappointed at last nights efforts. I was very tired and had had a rough day. If I hadnt have had plans I would have gone to bed!

But today thankfully, it does look ok! 🙂 Im always quite critical of my own work (like most of us). My mission today, if I chose to accept it, is to find a photo of myself for the layout!

Thanks so much Lorraine and Kathy for putting up with me last night.

Thanks for stopping by! Take care!

Visiting Robyn

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!

21 June 2011 I visited my friend Robyn in Sunbury, VIC. Today I visited her in North Lakes, QLD! How lucky am I to have a good crafting buddy move 1800 kms closer to me?! LOL! 🙂 Ive known Robyn for over 5 years! It is such a blessing to have her in Brisbane! 🙂

Due to time restraints (school hours), we didnt get to do any craft today, but I got to see some of her latest work – which I loved! Here is some of her latest works of art, you can also check out her blog at http://rainbowsbyrobyn.blogspot.com

She is coming to visit me in 5 weeks, so we will craft then! Cant wait to see you again Robyn!

Im stamping tomorrow night with the lovely Lorraine, so I will have something to share with you on Sunday.

Thanks again for stopping by! Take care! Have an awesome weekend!

To teach

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!

I chose this stamp recently from Kaszazz, as I have alot to do with my childrens’ teachers, past and present, also I have alot of teachers as friends so I knew I could use this again and again! And I agree with it wholeheartedly!

At the end of last term Id bought Cait’s teacher a little gift and forgot to take it to school on the last day, so I gave it to her today with this card that I made for her last night. Im not too happy with the way the ribbon worked out, but I gave it to her anyway.

Thanks for stopping by! I appreciate it!

EDIT – Mrs Rampton liked her card! She loved the saying and the Owl! 🙂

Happy Hamish

Hi there and thanks for stopping by

Recently I held a Kaszazz workshop, its the only crafting Ive been doing of late. I ordered a scrapbook kit, this is my 2nd page using the papers that came in the kit.

As the first one was one of Cait and friends, I thought Id better do one for Hamish! 🙂 This particular photo was taken at Wooli, NSW on Dec 30 2010, heading our way down the island, on our big trip of Australia.

I hope to be back soon with some more scrapping, thanks again for stopping by! I do truly appreciate it! 🙂

Smile with Lani, Maya and Cait

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!

I recently bought a scrapbook kit from my Kaszazz workshop. I started it last night. I wasnt too sure what photo I wanted to use, but come across this cute one of Lani, Maya and Cait, Dec 2010, taken just before we left for our big trip, around Australia.

This morning I added the journalling.

The background looks a bit bare, but I purposefully left it plain, so the patterned paper really stood out! The DSP and photo are mounted onto chipboard, to give some more dimension.

Feels good to get crafting again! Thanks again for stopping by.

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!

On the 30 June, we moved, Ive finally decided (even though we are moving at the end of our lease 30 Jan) to get crafting! Today Cait and I chose to swap rooms, as she has been sleeping in my craft room. And making a mess in 2 rooms, so I decided to get rid of my spare/hubby snoring bed and make my “craft room” a craft room! 🙂

So anyway, here are some pics! Notice some boxes actually open! I hope to be creating over the weekend!
